Move to culture – culture as an adventure!
“Culture as an adventure” – this is what “move to 10 – scouting culture” is supposed to be. An adventure with and within Europe, an adventure of the European youth venue which is to stay alive beyond the year 2010.
Scouts from the Ruhr Area present themselves as “a strong part of the Ruhr Area”, as European partner and as host.
We want to make use of this quadrennial process to orientate our home country, our organisation and Europe for the future and to support long-term exchange and venue.
