Nove to 10 - scouting culture
“Move to Ruhr – welcome Europe!”
For the year 2010 we are planning to have an exchange of different European cultures in the metropolitan area Ruhr itself. Form August 6th till August 22nd 2010 we are expecting 2.700 scouts from all over Europe for an European jamboree in the Hallopark in the city of Essen.
